The sales clerk was very knowledgeable and friendly. They placed an item on hold for me that I was having difficulty finding. After the purchase they let me know about many great offers like that I can come in on Thursdays and have the item cleaned.

Jannette was very patient with me. While purchasing a gift for my “work” mom she gathered a few info about her in order to determine the best gift that would be suitable. Also the gift was pretty reasonable for something so elegant.

I only enjoy going to the Middletown Galleria (NY) Pandora store. All the staff are extremely friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. My girlfriend will only go to that particular store to buy charms and will only have them clean her jewelry because of their quality of work and clean environment. I very much enjoy dealing with salesperson Maritzza, she is always extremely professional, always smiling and even remembers her customers.

The manager Mitzi was very helpful and knowledgeable about products purchased.
