Great service and selection

I had visited this location in the past and was not helped by anyone when I entered the location. However on this visit the associate immediately acknowledged my presence when I walked in and this made me feel welcomed and noticed. He also allowed me to browse and offered suggestions even though I knew what I came in for.

I have been wanting a ring with hearts and the sales associate showed me a couple new ones that were on display. Which I loved then she pulled out a tray of rings in the size I was looking for. That is an awesome thing. And there sat a sapphire ring (what I wanted as an engagement ring) which I walked out with. Now I get to go back and get the 2 heart ones I saw too!! Clean store, friendly associates who spoke nicely and not to pushy in the same where there and available.

My bracelet color changed based on the way I stored it. They cleaned up my charms and bracelet as if they were brand new and gave me tips on how to store them. Also I had one charm that would not come off requiring my bracelet to be cut and they replaced my bracelet and suggested a lovely chain clip to keep my charms in place. They were patient, knowledgeable, and attentive.

The sales people are always friendly and helpful

It’s was my first time every buying my lady something special like this she was so happy that after 3 years of our break up we are now back together. So one thing is that when you have someone who has the time and patience with a person it goes along way so thanks and i will be buying more.
