The two girls that helped me at the Middletown Galleria NY Pandora store were excellent. They were a pleasure to deal with and very knowledgeable.

Manager and sales girl at store went above and beyond to help us with a return. We had only intended to make the return but they were so helpful and pleasant to be around, we stayed longer and ended up buying a ring and a pair of earrings. It was a little past closing time on a Friday night by the time we left and they never made us feel rushed. It was a wonderful in-store experience.

My husband bought me a beautiful Pandora bracelet for Christmas and I just wasn't happy with the bracelet, but loved the charms. We went to the Middletown, NY Pandora store, where he bought it, a few weeks ago, to see what my options were. Maryellen G assisted us with our purchase that day. She was so knowledgable and patient with me, as I looked over all the different choices. She gave me so much information and showed me various ways I could wear my new bracelet. While there, my husband encouraged me to buy lariat type bracelet as I have trouble with arthritis in my hands and am not able to put my jewelry on myself anymore. So yesterday I was going back to Pandora to find something to put on my lariat-type bracelet. Maryellen was so helpful last time I went when I knew she would be working again. And she was just as knowledgable and helpful again. She gave me so many tips and helpful ways to wear and put on all my bracelets, how to change up the bracelets for any occassion. She is so great. I can't say enough. I will always go to the Middletown store and be sure my husband does too.
