I was highly satisfied with my experience because I was invited in at opening, greeted and attended to without feeling rushed. I was able to try rings on and narrow down my choices to the one ring that made me happy, the Sparkling Love ring. Every time I have ever come into the store, I have always had wonderful service. The merchandise speaks for itself, but the staff helps make it even better. However, the lady that was waiting on me, was not the most friendliest associate I have ever dealt with. She was giving off the vibe as we were almost bothering her.

I am always treated very well when I visit this store, even if I do not buy anything. The store is very well lit and clean. I feel very relaxed when I am in this store. I always shop for charms at this particularly store. Nice staff.
