we walked in; found what we wanted & purchased my bracelet & charm & the sales lady let us know that the rabbit charm would slide off if we didn't get the correct charm to hold it on. wanted the cat charm in store, but will have to order it on line....not an issue. great experience overall.

My husband gave me my Pandora bracelet with a 30th anniversary charm and and Mickey mouse thumbs up charm on his knees ,like he was proposing all over again in front of Cinderella castle in DISNEY WORLD in October 1st. We were SO excited. Stacey K. Helped him pick it out and everything. Everyone that works in Pandora I'm Middletown N.Y. are wonderful. I've been very sick with a deadly disease for the past 5 years . I begged my husband to make my life time dream come and he even made it THE Best!. At the store they found one Mickey mouse 90th bday charm. The employees were discussing whom would get . Stacey K. Explained our magical anniversary and they ALL agreed that I was the one to get. Everytime we go into the store ALL faces light up and it's like family.
