Love the products. However, I was not satisfied with availability of merchandise. Had to go on line to order charms I wanted.

The only "problem" I had was that the charms i wanted were out of stock. But otherwise the staff were fantastic! Helped me arrange my bracelet. Gave me honest opinions on what would look good on my bracelet based on taste and not just necessarily what would make me spend the most. This makes me trust the sales associate and ill definitely be back for this reason.

Sales Representative, was very helpful of the charm I was inquiring about. The store had sold out charm. I had left and then return to inquire about another charm and another customer came in to return the charm I was first inside lookin to purchase.

I received a bracelet as a gift. My first one. There was a charm I received that I could put on. I went to a second location and the girl there was so helpful and gave me instructions on how to open the bracelets to adding new charms. While there I purchased another charm. Looking forward to my next bracelet.
