Amazing Pandora store. Staff is knowledgeable about the products and knows where the merchandise is. Will take as much time as you need. Staff is very friendly! However, Sangertown Mall Pandora Store in New Hartford, New York is awful. Staff does not have knowledge about the products they sell, they do not know where the merchandise is, they do not put out new products because they were “busy” (meaning standing around doing nothing). I went in this Pandor store a couple times as well as others I know and heard nothing but negative comments. I do not purchase from this Pandora due to how in professional and dumb the staff is. I go across and buy the charms from the jewlrey store. Pandora should be ashamed for allowing a store to be run by people who are snotty, does not know the products, does not care, etc.

Great customer service and friendly staff.

I was anticipating a purchase from the spring collection & I saw on their Facebook page that the charms had already been released. I thought March 15 was the debut date. Sooo excited to get a few of the charms on my want list.

I came in to buy a gift for a friend. I was very pleased with all the options, it made it difficult to choose one item. We ended up buying gifts for multiple people.

The rep that was assisting me was extremely friendly and helped me narrow down my choices.

My experienced was highly satisfied due to the salesperson who helped me. She was able to locate the items quickly and gave me her undivided attention.

I love Lisa in the crystal run galleria in middletown ny. She is always willing to answer any questions. She knows where everything this.
