I was greeted by a sales associate as I enter the store. I knew what I was looking for, she guided me thru the store. If the charm wasn't available, she offered another product. The ladies in this store is very friendly, not pushy, and willing to assist!

The salesgirl answered all my questions , made sure the bracelet fit properly and it was the correct size for my wrist, she explained how everything was guaranteed for 1 year & to keep my receipt. Plus she was very pleasant & friendly!
