Sales lady was great

I called ahead of time to inquire if they had in stock two pave beaded spacers that were on sale. I said I would be there in approx. 20 mins. When I arrived, the associate that helped me was the same person I spoke to on the phone and she knew exactly what I needed. She was professional while being warm and friendly. I told her I was putting together a memorial bracelet for my son who passed away 9 weeks ago. She offered her condolences to me and was very kind.

I am a huge Pandora fan. I have 9 bracelets, one necklace and several rings. I usually make my purchases at the Hannoush Jewelry store at the Galleria in Middletown, NY. My son died suddenly 9 weeks ago and I wanted to put together a memorial bracelet. I still had one empty sterling bangle without any charms on it. It was left over from a previous promotion. I purchased initial M, his birthstone & a Yankee charm & 2 clips in August. I wanted 4 of the Inspiration Within spacer w/green stones same as his birthstone. Hannoush had 2 left. I went to Pandora store at same mall & purchased 2 more. (40%sale) Its a wonderful store with friendly employees.

The staff is very courteous and will do whatever t hey can to make your shopping a wonderful experience. The store is immaculate and always set up for awesome browsing.

Sales associates Lisa was very helpful and patient with me. She gave great devised informed me of sales items and helped me pick out a great gift

The store had the exact ring I was looking for. The sales associate was quick to welcome me into the store and help me find my ring size. All the associates were very friendly, happy and welcoming.

The store was very clean and stocked well. It did take a few minutes to find my size ring 6 or 7 .

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The staff had a lot of knowledge about the merchandise and answered every question I had.
