I was highly satisfied with with my Pandora experience because it wasn't hard at all for the sales women to find what I wanted. I was also satisfied because the sales women treated NE nicely. Lastly I was highly satisfied because with there service.

my salesperson was highly knowledgeable and knew what I was looking for. she went the extra mile to help me, for example let me know that I can bring in my Pandora jewelry to be cleaned there.

Need variety in bigger size, I wear 9.5-10.5. It would be nice to have more to choose from

The sales associative got what I asked for, but did not offer helpful suggestions or help with making decisions. She did not inquire why I was buying- what occasion.

The store was pretty empty of products. Not sure if it was a result of lack of product due to Christmas shopping.

I had to wait over 50 minutes outside the store, I recognize that there were only 4 employees, and it takes time as customers were given individual attention, but a better system needs to be found.

Pandora sales very beautiful jewelry and I notice that it can be very expensive once you get through picking making all your selections. You need to have an account just for pandora alone, so you can purchase a complete charm bracelet set.

I WAITED OUTSIDE THE STORE FOR 40 MINUTES ONLY THREE PEOPLE WERE ALLOWED IN STORE AT A TIME. THE SALES PERSON APPOLIGIZED FOR THE WAIT BUT I COULD HAVE BEEN LOOKING INSTEAD OF WAITING OUTSIDE ALL THAT TIME.
