i was not highly satisfied because there was not enough help in the store. at one point it did get a little overwhelming to be in the store, on the other hand when it did slow down a little the associate was very helpful. they need a little more help thats just my opinion

The CS Rep. was very knowledgeable of the products. The interruptions from other staff, and it was a fast base pick n choose selection. The purchase was for my grandson's mom. He made decisions on the charms. Let's see the surprise on X-mas morning.

She was rude because the store was about to close I wasn’t wasting her time I was going to purchase something

The associate had to ask someone else because she was unsure where all merchandise was.

I was satisfied because the store was clean. Also the associates were very friendly and patient.

Stated a Harry Potter collection. But you are no longer carrying this collection peices. Was very disappointed because I will not be able to finish this set. And still have quite a lot more peices Too go.

You can never be highly satisfied there is always room for improvement.

It was quite busy in the space and I couldn’t really hear my associate well with the masks and a lot of people.
