Could not purchase on line

I went there looking for the Harry Potter collection. I had heard that it was to be discontinued. The sales representative told me that wasn’t public knowledge which upset me. I would think the public would be told so the charms could be purchased before being discontinued. I now had to purchase all of the available charms at once so my daughter would have her collection. The public should have ample notice and time to decide on a collection before its discontinued!!

i was over charged , but that was taken care of . good thing i realized it before i left the store. I understand how it happen the way the sales person had to scan it from a book, but she didn’t review the screen to see the error. and while my charge went through right away still waiting for the correction to go through.

I did not spend enough time in the store to give an accurate rating. Staff was super friendly but one associate almost gave my bracelets to another customer after she cleaned them.

I walked into the store basically just looking to see if there was anything there that I would prefer over what I saw online. Thankfully, I was pleasantly surprised to see new arrivals that I had not seen prior and was super excited to be able to engrave the circular disc I bought. I loved being able to personalize my jewelry and can't wait to return to purchase more engraveable items.

I was very satisfied.

The worker who helped us didn’t specify that one of the charms within the tray would be extra and not included in the base price of 3 charms. They just said whatever above a certain row we can get.

The company has not given us customers new merchandise to chose from-referring to the yellow gold bracelet and clip charms -( no new charms in 2 yrs) very dissatisfied
