El personal de la tienda no es amable ni amigable con una actitud pésima se supone que si nosotros los costumer vamos a comprar a tu tienda para darte vida para darte de comer deberían tratarnos con bien. Ejemplo buenos días, como te puedo ayudar, que estás buscando para ayudarte, pero no el personal de allí Parecía que eran mudos y con una cara de pocos amigos como que cuando tú trabaja en un lugar que no te gusta hacer lo qué haces. Por otro lado deberían contratar más personal muy pocos empleado la espera fue larga para q me atendieran q a lo que fui a recoger un pedido que realice online.

Overall was satisfied but pricey.

Several items that I wanted were not in stock.

The sales associate wasn’t very friendly , seemed in a bad mood. Literally just pointed to the rings & walked away, turned her back I had to go all the way to the front to get her, where she was talking to another associate

Just the price of stoppers

I believe there is always room to improve. There is always opportunities for employees to go above and beyond in each individual consumer encounter. I didn’t experience that as i felt the employee who helped me solely wanted my purchase rather than try to make the encounter personal. It was simply a sale and not an experience.

Cannot look into catalog didn’t care for the experience

Due to the pandemic and the size of the store on line for extended time. Wasn't able to see the entire store-felt rushed to complete transaction. Didnt impulse shop

Waiting in line. I completely understand why you have to do it. There should be more people outside to assist customers while waiting in line

I did not have a bad experience during the time visiting. I was very satisfied with my experience at Pandora. It was a clean space to be in, yet very small. Overall I was not dissatisfied!
