Lack of merchandise..lack of help.unable to view displays

The store was properly Equipt for social distancing. They had two of the items I wanted. The associate was helpful

Items we were looking for sold out or not available. Inventory was low or not there. Hard to look at display cases due to setup of counters.

It was not the store it was just me the day I was there had an off day.

I went earlier during my lunch break and was told I was gonna get help but didn’t because someone else got help before me even though I was there first. I went back later that night and was quickly helped given that it wasn’t as busy

Love being able to try different pieces. The salesperson wasn't rushing me in anyway. She took her time showing me alternative to a ring that wasn't available in my size.

The store is likely to be exactly the same as it usual is no changes to my experience or surprises so I will be satisfied but not highly satisfied

The day I went it was just crowed but that’s is expected around the holidays but besides that everything was amazing and the staff helped me a lot

It was hot in the store. I would have liked a little more feedback from salesgirl. I had to ask for a mat to display jewelry.

Had to wait over 30 minutes to talk to sales person and wait another 20 minutes to complete my transaction
