Charms are pricey

It was my first time in the store. The sales clerk was friendly, but I had to ask about products, choices were not volunteered. Her personal pandora bracelets were not shiny, it was a slight turn off.

The store was extremely hot. There were fans on the floor blowing on us. It was hot.

The sales representatives were very in and out with the customers.

Wished that all the charms I wanted were in stock,

not happy that catalog was d/c

Need more gold charms for my gold bangle I bought but I still love my bangle

Three of the charms I wanted were sold out. Which was disappointing. The women was nice but I felt like she kind of spoke down to me . They had a promotionon and I was only 55 away from reaching the 400 I could have have gotten another charm and paid 20 less . I wish she had said something I felt like she was just trying to get me out of the store . Overall I would go back because I like the bracelets and Charms not because of the Customer service and I would keep better track of the amount I was spending during a promotion to get the most I could.

I really didn't have a proble with Pandora's store it's the web site.
