I live Pandora but there is a particular charm that I am looking for and it wasnt in stock. I was told that the charm was probably retired.

It was very difficult to shop for charms when the sales clerks are checking out other customers on top of the displays. When I asked a clerk to move she said I could look until she was ready to take the other customers money. I thought to myself, she should want to take my money and to do that I need to be able to shop!

Originally I went to Rockaway Mall Pandora. There was a crazy line and names were being taken at the door. However as we waited over thirty minutes to see a sales rep there was 8 people ahead of us. We said ok well get a coffee and snack and come back. We come back our name was called of course right! An we said to the women at the door we know what charm we would like to purchase you you allow us to go in next we will be short and sweet. She says nope we at the bottom of the list with now TEN more people ahead of us. REALLY! Pandora What a turn off! I will never go back Ever!

Kind of a long wait - was told 25 minutes but more like 40-45

I found the charms to be a liitle pricey, some where more than the bracelet i purchased.

They didn’t have a size we wanted nor the ring but that isn’t there fault and we chose another one.

The rep that helped me was wonderful. She knew exactly what I was looking for. She also when above and beyond to look for similar styles of a necklace that was out of stock.

I feel that there always room for improvement. Didn’t experience any problems. Transaction went over smoothly

I made two purchases from the same store on different days and the first purchase was awesome. The second one I wanted this charm for my fiancé’s mom and was told that it was out of stock and when I asked if we could check online he some how had one for me. Just a little off putting.
