I was not satisfied with numerous rings I purchased as the stones keep falling out. There were 3 different rings, I had to return one multiple times because of this. One ring had to be returned due to the stones falling out within a week of purchase (the Forget Me Not ring) which I was very dissatisfied because I loved the ring but did not get another because I returned them different 3 times. thank you.

While looking at some of the merchandise, they were not clean and very tarnished. The store is not organized in that the cash drawer is not located at the registers. They did not have all of the items they show in their display case.

No one highly satisfies anyone in retail

I was very satisfied with the associate who helped me. She was very helpful in my choices.

A lot of people were in the store and I felt lien their were too little number of associates

Didn't have my army I'd and lady couldn't do anything for me I was supposed to get a 25 percent off

Only because it was a little overwhelming. The item I wanted was retired so figuring out new items was a bit much

I was disappointed with their inventory especially going into the first day of a sale - they should have had more stock

Went to pay for my purchase with my Pandora card to find out it was closed. I never closed my account. Sales associate could not assist me.
