There were posting references to discounts on the more you spend the more the discount, but it excluded the 14kt more expensive piece that I purchased and did accept my military discount, which I don't think is fair. I saved for this purpose to purchase this high priced jewelry, I'm rich, I got what I thought she would like.

Lack of help at entering. Having to ask multiple times if they were open and able to assist. They were busy doing something on the computer

There was a very small selection of charms for the bracelet; when we asked an associate about where the charms were the response was done in pointing. There appeared to be maybe 2 associates in the store , and not too many more customers than that. We weren't greeted , nor were we offered help until we asked for it. I don't normally fill out these things; but customer service goes a long way. Once we asked to be assisted , a young lady did so - and she was nice but I'm the customer , I shouldn't have to find you and ask for your help.

The young lady that assisted me was a bit ditsy and and it was the first time in over 10 years that didn’t understand what I was interested in. Even after showing her pictures of what I was in the store for.

The sales person that assisted me in my purchase wasn’t as eager to help me, until I stopped browsing and stood there waiting for assistance. She stood behind the register as the other sales person assisted someone else. When she noticed I wasn’t browsing the displays is when she decided to ask if I needed assistance.

The associate at the fort helped us instead of allowing to wait for one inside the store. I was very unsure if I wanted to exchange or just add a link to my new bracelet. I feel as though if I was able to look around you would have gained another sale on top of adding a link to my bracelet. I do appreciate keeping us safe during these times.

The store was over crowded and disorganized. There was a "line" you had to join, by providing your name to an associate. However, the associates did not make that well known upon guests entering the store. It was nearly impossible to navigate the store with a stroller. The wait was long and not well managed, as there was no communication. When I finally was assisted one of the three items I wanted to purchase was out of stock. However the associate was also unfamiliar with the item she claimed was out of stock, and I have doubts if she knew what she was looking for. Overall not a positive experience.

The sales associate wasn’t very nice she dropped the ring we where purchasing , she didn’t explain any care for the jewelry didn’t offer a bag or a box for the ring that was purchased.

There were 3 customers in the store yet I waited 20 minutes to receive any assistance because of lack of staff in the store. The associates were friendly and helpful, not being able to get help was a staffing issue especially on a Saturday.
