Upon walking in to the store I wasn’t greeted and although knowing exactly what item I needed to purchase the first sales person acted as if she could care less that a customer entered the store to shop.

The sales associates seemed more concerned with commission than helping customers. I was asked if I needed help upon arriving but then the associate quickly went back to the register and was talking. I wasn’t asked if I wanted to see anything particular. She only came out again when I said I wanted a specific item. Better customer service/interaction training needed despite covid.

The sales representative rush me out the store...Very dissatisfied. Will be going to another location.Satisfied with my purchase,but not the sale rep☹

Ring size was not available. Settled on another size with a gift receipt.

bracelet looks cheap

It was crowded and had to be put on a list to be helped. then once I finally helped when I got home I was given the wrong recipet. Went back the next day was given a reprint when asked if I could make a return of need be was told most likely no.

The main charms I went in to buy were discontinued. My second choice was out of stock. There was only one charm available for my third choice when I wanted two. So I settled on a completely different set of charms rather than those I went in for in the first place. It was a very frustrating shopping experience.

out of stock I realize it's a sale and after Christmas and you're trying to move inventorybut just t he same it is a good time to stock up on gifts for the future

I bought something for 180.00 and did not get the free gift that was supposed to come with it!

There is a poor selection. I was looking for religious-themed jewelery and your company apparently carries diddly squat in that area.
