I had an email a free jewelry cleaner with purchase. The girl said, I would have to pay $15 for their cleaner cause they were only given a certain amount to give away.

I felt the sales associate had an attitude initially, there were 2 people in the store. When the associate made it to me, I asked if she had a certain pair of earrings she told me I would have to find them in the book, which she only had one, for me to use. She obviously did not know product. The I wanted a “new” necklace. She did not know that either. Finally the other associate found it. Then I wanted the matching earrings. Of course was told out of stock. Your Middletown, New York store should be closed! Your product is nice if you do not know what to buy someone in a pinch, but normally not so much. Tarnishes quickly, not a lot to choose from, very limited.

It was mother's day and only 2 associates were working. I run a store and would never only have 3 associates working. They opened about 10 minutes late and there was no sense of urgency. The associates looked miserable and never apologized for the long wait time. The line was sout the door and around the corner. As someone who lives and works in NYC I have to give#customer obsessed service but rarely get it myself. Especially on mothers day. Just WOW

i was not greeted upon my arrival to the store, i went up to the associates with a question feeling as though i had to interrupt their conversation for an answer. then i began to browse around the store and was not offered help or asked what i was looking for the entire time i was shopping around the store, i was the only costumer in the store. when i finally found what i was looking for i once again felt as though i had to interrupt the associates to get help, when i showed the associate which charm i wanted she tried to talk me out of purchasing it because it wasn’t right for my bracelet. when i said i still wanted to purchase it regardless, i felt ashamed and embarrassed because of what the associate said.

The lady that helped me with the ring was not really nice. She seemed to be rushing me and was rude while I was pointing and picking out the rings. I was pointing to one I wanted and explained to her and she still said which heart one there is a lot of heart rings but in a rude attitude. I did not like that.

Selection of bracelet sizes limited for bracelet promotion. Asked for three gift bags and tissue paper… got none. Bracelets not placed in pouches. Upon entering store greeting was very abrupt.

I went in to buy my sister a birthday gift. We we’re looking around and employee was helping out someone else so we patiently waited. The employee was being very friendly and i was excited to see the rings they had. Once we got to her im mot sure if it was because the past client was light skinned we were treated differently but the employee patricia was being highly rude with us. I wish i could recommend my sister to go back. She was happy with her gift but unfortunately we were unsatisfied with her service.
