If it wasn’t my wife’s bday I would’ve left why you ask simple You know more then science! you shouldn’t make people wear a mask if they don’t need it! I and many others will boycott those that treat us this way if your afraid then get vaccinated

I went in to exchange two rings and I was overcharged. When I returned to receive a refund it took an hour. I was left alone by the sales associate for the majority of the time because she needed to ask coworkers questions or go to the back.

Went in to buy a birthday gift for my mother on Veterans Day. My boyfriend asked about a Military Discount and showed his VA card to which the sales rep looked him up and down and said “you’re a veteran? what did you do two years?” he said he completed his contract and did four years. then the sales rep further asked if he went abroad. He replied “I don’t want to talk about it” and she said nothing then she looked at his VA card and asked her coworker from across the store “what am I looking for? the expiration date?” as if a persons veteran status... expires? And then the coworker responded that she’s either looking for an active military card or a VA card and then the sales rep walked away from us and came back with a discount, I paid, and she said “have a nice day” and we left.

The associate was rude and gave me false information. I went to the store I purchased my bracelet from because it was damaged. I didn’t anticipate any issues with the exchange. I told the associate my issue and she promptly responded that i has a one year warranty not I’ll be happy to look into it for you. It was like I was bothering her. She proceeded to tell me that after this exchange the new bracelet would not have a warranty. This is false. Per the pandora warranty card she gave me, it states that the original warranty from the purchase date is still valid until that date. I purchased it in 2/2020. So, given how I was treated, I will never purchase another pandora item ever again. Your jewelry is costly and should come with a life time warranty.

I waited outside the store several minutes while 4 sales persons were engaged in conversation without acknowledging me. Upon entering store the conversation continued regarding who started working for Pandora and when. Very unprofessional.

The sales representative showed one charmed at a time. He treated me like a criminal even though, I had a glaring bracelet on, which demonstrated that I had spent over $3500.00 on that one particular bracelet, with "gold" charms adoring it. I only went to purchase charms since the there was a sale of "%45" percent off. I was told that it was only on selected charms and I still purchased the additional charms even without the sale for a newly purchased bracelet. Inasmuch, I had to ask the representative to leave the tray out, which would afford me the opportunity to decide if I wanted to make a larger purchase. I spent over $165.00, however after I pay off my Pandora Card, I will be closing my account. My dissatisfaction stems over the treatment of women with melanin.

They did not have my size and directed me to Hanoush jewelers. Pandora sales associate had no idea where to find my ring to exchange and made me follow her all around the store before realizing we had been standing in front of the closet it was in the whole time. Was absolutely no help. Took forever.

The earrings are badly made and do not open and close properly. As I was walking out the sales person said out loud “I don’t care what she says there’s nothing wrong with these earring and I just going to put them right back on the shelf”. Very rude!!

We made an online purchase and needed a bigger size on a bracelet. The way we were asked for proof of purchase was a bit rude and the way we were helped to resolve issue,same! Associate acted as if we didn't have enough money to be in the store. Not very helpful with bracelet issue.My daughter was using her Pandora credit card and only bought a round extender for bracelet. We had planned on getting a few charms,earrings and a ring or two. We both walked out agreeing, we wouldn't go back there! Both my Daughter and I work in Customer Service, you treat EVERYONE with the same respect. A smile and "thank you" goes a long way!

It was the Woodbury Commons location for the pick up. After standing in the freezing cold for 30 minutes the manager Danielle was very rude and condescending. She refused to help or accommodate me. It was a horrible experience. I DONT know how she ever became manager yet alone work in retail. After that horrible experience I called the Middletown location and the lovely lady was able to help me. She was great and should be the manager.
