Brought broken Keychain into store-broke in half after less than 6 months of use. Immediately replaced cheerfully.

I have always shopped at Pandora for my family my wife especially she has a lot of Pandora and she loves them.

The sales associates are all very courteous and helpful. The jewelry is appealing and at a reasonable price. Pandora has a wide selection of jewelry.

They were great. I came in right at 10.15am on Saturday morning after Black Friday. Great timing. Friendly service. Nobody was in the store but employees. Felt special.

I was quickly helped by an associate, I was not sure what ring size I was and she helped me.
