Overall the customer service was exceptional. Sharon and the other employee there were amazing and gave me a lot of options to choose from.

The sales associate Aya was very pleasant and knowledgeable. We were interested in a few items and Aya was able to locate them and show them to us. Aya was also able to offer helpful suggestions on how to make the charms look the best. Overall Aya is great.

I was helped immediately upon entering the store by a sales associate. The particular item I was looking for was in stock and quickly found. The sales associate also kindly rearranged my existing charms to accommodate the new one I had just purchased and cleaned my entire bracelet for me.

The sales associate offered to help within minutes of my arrival and was able to provide various selections for charms to choose from for Valentine's Day, a birthday and Mother's Day. She had them packaged and put in gift bags very quickly. She was very helpful from the start and had a solid working knowledge of the charms.

I had stopped before to have my ring cleaned. Jasmin C, #17820 left my ring sparkling clean, and sized different fingers for different ring styles. I came back to buy a boxed valentine’s gift, but it wasn’t available in the color/style I wanted so she took me to the counter and showed me the multiple options available. She built and boxed the set I selected.
