When I walked into the store, the employees were very friendly and welcoming. The employee who worked with me knew exactly what I was looking for and provided a few other options. She was attentive without being pushy, and I felt very comfortable when I was ready to make my purchase. She informed me of the warranty and invited me to return.

I usually shop at this Pandora location and have for many years. I exchanged a defective bracelet. This was a very easy process. The sales associate, Ronica, was very kind, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. She took care of the exchange and I encountered no problems. For this reason, I will continue to shop at this Pandora location. Great customer service
