The staff were excellent. We were greeted upon entry and immediately assisted although just about every employee was with a customer. They were all great!

Jasmin was very helpful and knew exactly what we were looking for. Process was quick and easy.

I love Pandora jewelry and had not been to the store in person since the inception of the pandemic. It was so nice to return in person once again to select a graduation gift for my teaching intern! The sales associate was happy to select a number of graduation related charms for me to choose from. I was very pleased with my purchase of a bolo style bracelet and the owl with the graduation hat charm! I was also enamored of all the new styles and designs of earrings, charms and necklaces and look forward to returning over the holidays to peruse everything at a more leisurely pace.....and buy something of course! Thank you!

My wife had a specific charm she was interested in. When I asked, the associate helping me immediately knew where it was. I asked for 4 more specific charms and she found all of those as well. She also pointed out the promotion in the store which I was able to use with my purchase.

Our sales associate, Pinky, was great! She was very knowledgeable and very friendly. Pinky took her time showing me different charms and had great recommendations.

Sharon was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She didn't seem like a salesperson, she made us feel like all of us alongside her are just looking and shopping. We talked, we laughed and chose our charms. Absolutely a wonderful experience. I have to mention, a week before this , we went to Tysons corner store. Will never go back. Terrible experience. We walked out without purchasing just because of the bad customer service. Sharon is a gem , her passion is amazing. We loved her.
