Yvette is wonderful person she remembered us from our last visit to the store. My friend is visually impaired and she made sure that she got a hands on experience and explained to her the charms she was interested in. Very patient and attentive to everyone. She’s the best!

I have never shopped at Pandora before. So when I walked in I had no idea what to expect. Megan approached me with a smile and asked me a couple of questions: Who is this for; My Best friend. What is her style; Beachy she lives in FL. Meagan pulled out a drawer and showed me all the beach/ sea charms and a blue cord bracelet. I loved it all so I bought it. Megan was Very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process. Definitely will visit again!

I was highly satisfied because Jasmine the sales lady was amazing. She was very knowledgeable and almost knew what I was looking for with out even telling her. And to top it off she had a good sense of humor!

The sales team was busy with other customers but took time to acknowledge me. Both women were very helpful. My sales associate knew the charms by name and knew exactly where they were in the store. They were both very friendly.

I had a problem with a broken bracelet that I had purchased at Jared's. They refused to exchange it or to be of any assistance. A friend recommended that I go into the Pandora store and ask for help, which I did with great success. The sales reps understood the problem and took immediate action. My experience with Jared's had soured me on ever buying Pandora again. Your sales reps turned that notion around in record time. Thank you for caring

I visited your Fair Oaks location and was pleasantly greeted by Megan !! Bought the 2 tone bracelet from Megan Tyson’s store ... customer service was poor walked out !!! ... that’s why I then went to Fair Oaks to make my purchase !
