I went there looking for a couple of Christmas theme charms for my wife's existing Pandora bracelet. After showing me several the sales agent pointed out their current promotion for a free bracelet with purchase of two charms valued at over $125. Since the two I had selected were just under that amount I asked to see some others that fit the theme and were slightly higher priced. She showed me a few others and I found the perfect one that got the total cost over the threshold. She then attached the charms to the new bracelet and packaged it up in a nice gift box. This weekend I presented the bracelet and charms to my wife as an early Christmas gift so she could wear it to some holiday parties we will be attending over the next two weeks. She was very surprised and likes it very much. I found the whole experience very positive and couldn't have been more pleased with the service I received.

I like the quality of the items that I have purchased so far. The specials are what draws me into the store. I like to buy for special occasions and enjoy visiting the store during those times.
