This visit I was very pleased with the sales associate who was very friendly, patient and helpful. Unfortunately as I told her I had purchased a previous charm that did not stay secure for even 2 months after I purchased it. She explained that was nothing she could do since it was lost.

It was my first time walking in to one of your locations. I was very impressed how fast we were greeted by Tea at your 0251 store. She was very helpful and I will be visiting this location more often. The only problem is that the amount of inventors on line VS the store is limited. I downloaded your Pandora app but haven’t being able to create an acc. I am very disappointed.

Find what I was looking for. I bought it in Greece, France, Andorra, Holland and Spain beutifull chairms.

Our sales associate was very helpful and I wound up purchasing advance Christmas gifts thanks to her recommendations!!! Helpful friendly are the best words to describe her!!!

I bought two gifts in the last call section. The gifts I picked out where perfect for the occasion. Afterwards i went on Pandora’s website to look for more last chance items. I like the more delicate Pandora pieces instead of the bracelets and charms which I think are matronly. I’m glad pandora has a great selection of delicate pieces.

The salesperson was very friendly and knowledgeable. I felt like she was very honest with me about my Pandora bracelet and what I should and should not do to keep my bracelet and charms looking nice for a very long time.

It was easy to do and my 16 month old was so excited to carry the pandora bag through the mall. It was an amazing experience. Also, I was able to get our Paris charms for the price of one when I was looking during our Paris trip.
