The sales person was extremely pleasant and helpful. I wish the merchandise and charms were all visible through the glass. Trays are brought out and it makes you question if there are more charms or items you hav not seen.

I had bad experiences both with the Williamsburg Virginia (Outlet location), Spotsylvania Virginia (Mall location) and via telephone customer service with trying to have my defective bracelet replaced. Jennifer at the Fair Oaks Virginia (Mall location) listened, understood and settled my complaint with no problem; with an apology. She was very professional and empathetic to my situation and I greatly appreciate her. I will only buy from this location from now on based on my experience with her and my horrible experiences and customer service at the other locations; especially Williamsburg.

I came in looking for a specific bead. The first associate I worked with told me it was sold out, looked to see if one was on display then walked away to deal with another customer. As I was still looking for something else another associate came to assist me she was extremely helpful. She found what I wanted and cleaned my bracelet. Her customer service was great
