I was just browsing through the store and saw a few pair of earrings that caught my eye. I don't remember the lady's name who helped me, but she was patient enough to look through the catalog to tell me the prices of each pair. I ended up buying the silver hearts earrings and they are very pretty.

The sales person Susej was very knowledgeable, very pleasant, gave great ideas, very helpful.

The sales associate was very attentive and nice. I wasn’t able to find everything I was looking for, but she was trying to suggest other similar styles. She was also nice about letting us trying everything we wanted to see.

Yvette was very charming and provided a great assistance; she gave us more ideas and was very patient - we couldn’t decide as all bracelets were so nice! Lol She helped us with a smile and was very courteous. We also noticed a team work between the associates- they can easily help each other in finding the right size or helping with the payments, etc. We found them not only charming, but elegant.
