Was glad to finally get my floating locket necklace from hubby as a Mother’s Day gift! Considering the occasion was the next day and the store was busy, we got helped right away and Maya was very nice & patient with us.

My Husband and I walked in and immediately Mrs Yvette made eye contact with me that said a lot about her customer service skills. Magnificent at its best!! Our concerns was addressed and fix with little to no time waiting. Mrs. Yvette rocks!!

My experience with great because of my sales associate Yvette P at Fair Oaks. She was friendly, funny and very knowledgeable about the products which helped me make my selection. The only reason I may not return in the next 90 days is because she's already convinced me to buy more on this occasion which satisfied both Mother's Day for my wife but also, her birthday. The sales associate, Ronina was extremely friendly, funny and very observant. She listened to our conversation/comments and showed us items that were beautiful, appealing and meaningful.

I didn't feel pressured to make a purchase. Megan was very knowledgeable and genuinely friendly and helpful. I might've chatted her ear off because I was excited to find charms representative of life events to give to my mom for Mother's day, but she was very nice to listen and share in my excitement. The store was empty when I first entered, but more people started to come in as my transaction was wrapping up. Megan did not make me feel rushed to leave which I really appreciated and made me feel valued. Thanks Megan!
