Pandora Jewelry

I went to this Pandora store 3 days in a row and the 2 sales associates I had were friendly and helpful and patient.

I have been looking for a necklace that I could wear for both casual and nicer occasions and had been having a hard time finding something. I had bought a necklace from a local jeweler and ended up returning it. I walked into the Fair Oaks Pandora and was pleasantly surprised by the selection and found several charms I liked. Great customer service.

As it is every time I enter this store I am greeted. The Associate was very knowledgeable.She was able to make suggestions based on my expressed desires. She also pointed out the current promotion

Pandora has the best merchandise. My family and I absolutely love shopping at this particular Pandora store because the sales associates are so helpful and kind. This is a very clean and neat store; we don’t feel like everything is all over the place. Thank you to Pandora and it’s employees.

I was very pleasantly greeted and supported by Megan and Yvette in my visit to the Pandora Store. Although I was surprised by a selection that seems to lack imagination and has limited variety, I did find something that suited my needs thanks to the product knowledge of the sales associate, Megan. Megan did a great job of listening to my needs and applying her skills in customer service, and made my shopping experience a very good one. Megan was actively supported by her co-worker, Yvette, and together they made a very good team! Thanks! By the way- My response regarding visiting the store again within 90 days (unlikely) is driven by the fact that I have no special occasions happening in my life in the near future. Since this experience however, I will keep Pandora in mind in the future.

Two sales associate have given me their full attention and spent time helping me find what I am looking for. They helped me put on charms on my existing bracelets in various positions to see what would look best.

Very clean and appeasing displays. All of the staff was friendly and available to assist. I was visiting the D.C.area and love Pandora- our jewelry store in my hometown no longer carries Pandora and I always look for stores with your product when I travel.

Susie was very friendly and helpful in finding the right gift. She was patient and gave me and overall very great experience. The person I gave the bracelet and charms to loved it so I’m very grateful that she helped me :)

Siouxie the salesperson is an extremely pleasant person. She and the manger were very helpful. We had a very nice conversation while I was shopping and in making my purchase. Thank you Ladies!! However, remember what I said.... Put me on the "Most Wanted List" and I wont be back for at least 2 years! (LOL) because I spent to much money!
