The sales attendant who assisted me was extremely positive and helpful. I was rather picky and had many questions and se was very attentive and knowledgeable.

The customer service was very pleasing and was not intimidating. The selection was very appealing to the eye where I plan on returning to buy more merchandise. The information I got while purchasing my items was very informative.

Jabeen has been very helpful. She was able to exchange the charms that I have and recommended other charms to complete my bracelet. I am always impressed with the customer service I get from this location.

Great service, nice layout of store design

My sales associate Morgan D. was very patient with me. I really did not know what charm I was looking for and she pulled items off of what I described to her what I wanted. She never gave me the impression that I was taking too much time. And the piece that she suggested looks great on my bangle.

Yvette and Maya were great help. I always enjoy my visit at the Fairoaks Mall Pandora, I always get the VIP service.
