People were friendly and I really like shopping there for things

Sales associate was very patient with me as I tried on several rings and struggled to make a decision as to which to purchase.

I absolutely love the ring that I bought and am satisfied with he experience I had buying it.

The only other Pandora I've gone to was the one in Tysons. I had a better experience here because the sales associates acknowledged my existence as soon as I entered the store. They were friendly, gave me a catalogue to browse while waiting, and I didn't feel rushed or that the associate can't bother with my request to view other items.

Sales lady helped me a lot , there was a nice selection of different beads, basic types (less expensive ) and a good selection of nicer ones.

I was greeted immediately and provided a booklet to look for charm ideas while I waited my turn in line. The wait time was less than expected and the staff was helpful in narrowing down the selection to make sure I got exactly what I needed. We were in and out in less than 20 minutes during a very busy time.

The saleswomen help clean the bracelet and showed me a few options on the charms I picked out

Staff was friendly. Staff was courteous. Staff knew their product and was able to show me options and completed my transaction very efficiently.

The sale associate was friendly. She help me figured out what gift could i buy. She really new what she was doing.
