The staff was so helpful and made me feel welcome. I did not have to wait but a few minutes before I was helped which was nice considering the store was very busy. Their knowledge of what I was looking for was immediately addressed. High quality store and great customer service.

My wife had been in the store earlier, looking for Christmas ideas. Morgan was very helpful & showed her the bracelet & charms even though she knew she wasn’t necessarily going to buy today. We went back to the store & Morgan assisted with the sale, remembering what she had looked at. I purchased an additional charm to the ones Carol had picked out. Morgan was most helpful.

The sales associate went out of her way to have the manager look in the back for a specific charm I was looking for. This associate made sure anyone coming into the store was welcomed. While I was making a decision between 2 charms, she helped another customer who was waiting, which gave me the time I needed to make a decision without feeling rushed. She also made sure that she would help me before the other customer. I was quite impressed with how well she helped both of us at the same time, giving us both the attention we needed.
