Would have been helpful to know sale starting the next day just as I got home I was informed by phone of next day sale Back to exchange and repurchase

I'm only dissatisfied with the fact that I can't include my Pandora store credit card in my account to purchase online items. That's pretty stupid and disappointing.

The employees there are always willing to assist. The employees are very professional and friendly. It’s always a pleasure going to any Pandora store.

Helpful Friendly Knowledgable

I was at this store from out of town and Yvette, the sales associate, was very good at listening to what I wanted to see. She showed me multiple bracelets and charms. The quality of everything was excellent. I know I will be buying more things, but it may have to be online, because I do not live near a store.

The staff are extremely friendly and easy to talk to. They are very knowledgeable and can suggest items to your taste, not just "sell". The store is always spotless with a friendly atmosphere.

Immediately as I came into the store, the associates greeted me and offered to help. I had a nice conversation with an associate about what exactly I was hoping for, and she helped greatly. It's always nice to have a second opinion.
