The store personnel is always very helpful and knowledgeable... I like that they can look up past purchases to let you know if you already purchased that charm or bracelet.

All the staff are very friendly and welcome me and my friends with warm smile. The store manager also involved in giving us many option on best jewelry we can buy. I'm very happy with my salesperson who assisted me all the way.

The sales associate was personable and professional and gave me good tips for cleaning my Pandora jewelry.

The sales rep, Jabeen, could not have been more helpful. As I entered the store, there were three other customers, so I had to wait to be helped. Moreover, several of the displays were blocked by customers, but I'm not sure how to remedy that. When I was finally handed over to Jabeen, the rest of the transaction went smoothly. I have several bracelets, so it's obvious I'm a fan. That said, I do think the beads are very expensive.
