The sales representative wasn’t as friendly as I would like as well as her knowledge of the products in the store wasn’t great

I was greeted as soon as I walked into the store. The associate was professional and friendly. I was looking for something specific, a NFL team charm. Unfortunately, Pandora does not carry them. So, I asked if there was anything for a substance abuse counselor or just a counselor, but again, Pandora does not carry anything like that. The associate and I talked about how popular sports teams and military branches would be a big hit. The associate suggested a charm with engraving, so that is what I purchased.

The sales associate was knowledgeable and helpful. The ring we wanted was not available in the size we needed so I had to go to another store to exchange the ring.

I felt a bit rushed to pick stuff. The ring I wanted was not in stock as well. However i do not think this may be an overall reflection of the store as it is black friday. Very speedy service.

Good service,clean store, friendly environment

It took long for the staff to acknowledge your presence. I understand that only 2 of them and still some people waiting to be assited but simple acknowledgement will be a long way,

They were really busy and were helping people out of turn. Not enough staff.

Because of a problem with the manager a few weeks ago when I called. He seriously needs to change careers
