I was satisfied with my Pandora experience overall. I was super sad when the store didn't have the ring I wanted, especially because the website said it was in stock; However, the sale's associate did help me find two different ring which I absolutely adore. She also told me there would be a shipment later in the week so if I wanted to check back they might have the ring I wanted originally. Overall, 10/10, would go back.

I love the pandora selections and the specials that you have going on certain times of the year. This is when I can purchase gifts for my family as well as items for myself. I hope that you will continue these specials for people like me who love to give and receive nice gifts.

Not enough products, I've purchased several bracelets and charms that tarnished and I feel for the amount of money that I've spent that shouldn't have happened.

The associate was very knowledgeable of the stores inventory, and listened for what I needed. Extremely helpful and kind. The only problem I had was when I was about to make the purchase. The associate asked if I wanted 10% off of the purchase by signing up for the rewards, and that it was free to sign up. I agreed, and provided my ID and credit card. In the middle of the sign up process, I came to the realization that it may be a credit card sign up. So I asked, “Wait, is this for a credit card?” She said it was which I asked for the process to stop and that I wanted to just complete the purchase. I have no issue with the associate, like I mentioned, she was extremely helpful and kind. But customers to need to be made aware from the beginning that it is a credit card they are signing up for. - Thank you

I went to the store to purchased a bracelet and a charm, for a gift, I ended buying a clamp as well, and pushed by the vendor to buy more pieces that I don’t wanted… that based on the information she gave me about safety of the charms. I learned as well, at the store, that the bracelet can get damage easy… disappointing after paying all that money for just 3 pieces. But as I said, this is a gift for my little niece who really want it, so I bought the products for her.

This is the first time I have been disappointed with the level of service I received in the Fair Oaks store. The people behind the counter were less than enthused to be there and their service was not up to Pandora standards. They were not familiar with the merchandise, could not answer my questions and were slow beyond slow. I am not sure if I will be visiting this store again.
