The sales associate was very attentive and helpful during my visit however I had to purchase some items that were being shipped. It wasn't her fault, but it would have been nice if we could have determined if the promotional gift was going to be included in the order being shipped. She compensated me in store since it wasn't clear online, but it would have been nice to know if the free bracelet was going to be shipped with order.
