i did a survey after my first buy and i get a i had a welcome gift of 10 % off,i told the manager after the second purchase she told me that you can use it on online purchase only.

I wish I had Yvette wait on me but I was greeted by Pinky she is nice but too pushy. If Yvette wasn't there to talk to me as I was being helped by Pinky I would have waited for Yvette to be available or not buy at all.

The staff are always friendly and helpful. It seems like you can never see all the new merchandise in one location. I went to two different stores looking for new items so I could see them before I bought them and each had received different charms but not others. I understand that some things will sell out but I was told they hadn’t received things yet. It makes it hard to decide what you want to purchase when you can’t find everything you’re looking for in one place
