To be highly satisfied I would need to be surprised with a service I did not expect or treatment above the normal customer experience you would expect. I enjoyed my visit, I purchased a ring and matching earrings for my fiancée, the sales staff was friendly, they helped me activate my pandora card and cleaned a charm bracelet. It was a good experience, but not above and beyond what I would normally expect. Satisfied is still good, just not unique/incredible.

They did not have my right size in a bracelet I wanted and I spent the right amount to receive the $25 off but was told a certain item didn't qualify.

I liked that a last chance sale was available in the store. There was some trash or scraps on the counter which was a bit of a turn off but didn’t ruin the experience. I bought a nice bracelet on clearance but didn’t realize I bought the wrong size until I got home. I’m unable to return last chance items so will probably give away the bracelet at some point. Would’ve been helpful if the sales associate told me what size the bracelet was so I would know a smaller size was available. However I was in a hurry so I could’ve been something I overlooked.

I have purchased several items, one of the items turned brownish and the sales person was not able to help with it. Very dissatisfied because it was a gift to my mother, and I was not able to return it or exchange it because it had been over 30 days

It was a positive experience. A staff member greeted me and signed me in. I was helped within a few moments but there was nothing extraordinary about the interaction. I received very good service and am happy with my purchase. To be highly satisfied, i would have needed to receive a free gift or discount.

The only problem I had, and this was not due to any fault of Pandora's, but it was that there were so many customers in the store that I had a problem in viewing all of the merchandise I wanted to see.

Did not qualify for pandora Christmas ornament like in the past years purchased the ornament that had a charm included not my first choice
