The sales person was very persistent in getting me to open a card with them. I kindly declined many times but she wouldn't stop asking. I was only interested in a gift.

I think staff was not friendly enough

I purchased two charms for my bracelet that I love. I also bought earrings, but I will have to return them. They bend when I try to lock them and it’s extremely hard to push the little lock on them. It literally took me 15 mins to put them on yesterday and I will not wear them again because of this problem.

i was upset because i had to return my birithday gift that keep felling off my arm and i lost one of my charms.

They didn’t have the ring in the size I wanted other all good thank you

The associated did not see the price on receipt of return merchandise.

I wish there were a larger selection of merchandise. The available options did not offer much variation. I was disappointed the bracelet I wanted to purchase was out of stock & on back order. I understand the demand for Pandora charms justifies the price, however I wish I were getting better quality materials for the price. The rose gold collection is beautiful for a short amount of time after you begin to wear it. Unfortunately it scratches & fades very easily from daily wear.

During my check out I asked the associate of she could look up my pandora account, she reply yea she could. When it time to pay for my Marchandise I ask her again can you look up my pandora account and charge it. She goes ahhh."sight" than she said I'll need two forms of ID. It feels like she don't want to look up my account.

I was disappointed in the limited selection of clips available for the leather bracelet.

It does not have the horse charm that I want. Sizes of the thick design ring that I like is off from the actual sizes claimed and doesn’t fit me at all. The rings are placed too crowdedly on the tray and it’s hard to take one out to look.
