hello, I went to the Fair Oaks mall location and Megan was great. professional, helpful, and very good with ideas. I enjoyed talking to her and she recommended a charm for my daughters bday and I got it. great service and friendliness. A++++++++++++

There were a lot of people because of the discount event. The staff was very helpful when I walked in, she wrote my name and will call when the associate is available. I waited more than 30 mins

The service was too slow. I wated long time.

During the promotion over the weekend 3/24/18 – wish the sale person would have suggest purchasing one more item to save 125.00 instead of 50. We ended up going back into the store and returning all items, then repurchasing items to include additional charm. The price was $40.00 less and ended up with more items. Overall, we felt sale person was trying to take advantage.

The value for the price I paid is the reason why I was not Highly Satisfied with my visit. I paid full price for five charms, totaling over $180. No promotions were running, no discount if you buy more than "X" number, no buy "X" number get one free, not even a free polishing cloth. The charms are cute and well executed, but most are seriously overpriced. I made this purchase only as a gift for a friend.

Some merchandise higher then others with less quality. I usually only see women working..no male point of view at the store i shop at.

There was no particular problems with the visit. I already knew what I wanted to purchase so there was little left to question during the visit. The sales associate was pleasant and personable.

I actually went to 3 different Pandora venues. Pandora at Dulles Va was the most underwhelming visit. I was surprised when the salesperson did not advise if I was eligible for any of the free gift promotions being offered. My order came to 121.00 had I known a few more dollars would have made me eligible to receive a gift I would gladly picked up another item.

they had very good customer service. they had very nice products. their products were at a great price.

Prices seem to have doubled since my last visit. I understand supply and demand, but no longer feel like the items are an exceptional value.
