The sales person could not get the bracelet closed that I was interested in. I believe she was new, but it seemed as though she might have needed a little more training. She was friendly.

I feel the associate who greeted me (possibly a manager) was overly pushy. She made me feel rather uncomfortable and pressured.

The sales associates were not staffed to meet customer demand and sales associates only work with one customer at a time and the customers looking at items held up sales associate for over 40 minutes which is too long to wait for help.

I made a purchase and have been shopping at this store for quite a while. I had requested to exchange a bangle for a bracelet. I was told I couldn't do this bc I didn't have the receipt and was outside the time frame. I understand the policy but would have appreciated a bit of flexibility since I shop at the store quite often.

Not a problem with the store in Fairoaks Mall Chantilly, Virginia, but as I was on holiday from the uk, there's no chance of me being back in the next three months
