The selection of charms were so little in this particular store. And when I walked in to the store no one asked me what I was looking for and I have to come up to one of the sales and they told me they will be with me in one moment but I think they forgot about me because they went to assist other customers. After I got a sales, she didn't focus 100% on me instead she kept looking around the store like shes missing other customers and I had to repeat myself many times. And the worst part, she forgot to give me a free ring or a pair of earrings when I check out. So I had to enter my information two times.

Every customer should be treated equally. Not all Sale Associates are willing to pay much attention to customers who are either just browsing or are more interested in discounted items. The think the brand reputation should be way above their commission in some sense.

Well, when I got home an opened the gift box that held my "essennce" necklace, I discovered that it was damaged by the way it was placed in the box. It is now bent in one area. The associate who placed it in the box commented to me that she couldn't get it to lay flat in the box, so I'm assuming she pressed on it to try to make it fit, causing the bend. I will go back this week to exchange the necklace.

Took awhile to see a sales person and while a manager came right up to me--it took her to remind the sales person that I was waiting for service

I shopped this past weekend at Pandora in Fairfax and was fairly pleased. However, I did see some room of improvement within our associate Sharon. Sharon seemed to be less knowledgeable than other associates I could hear around me. I asked for two pendants that stated "mom or grandmother". Sharon showed us two pendants; one that had "granddaughter" and the other that had a phrase she couldn't read but still recommended to us. It seemed as though she was just trying to "sell" and not really connect with us and show us different options. When I asked about engraving she stated "There's a wait, usually it's 5 minutes but if you want it engraved you would have to wait". I would have liked to know how much of a wait and for Sharon to be a bit more personable. Overall, I was happy with my purchase, however, I wish I could've gotten a sales rep that didn't seem like she was rushing or just showing us things quickly to get out the store.

My recent purchase online and not in a store. The survey should be modified to recognize as such. Also, trying to locate a store to pick up your order should allow a user to enter the city. Not everyone knows zip code for other areas and may be willing to travel more than 25 miles. The overall pick up in store process should be modified in my opinion.

I had 2 charms that wanted to change, one broke the second day I put it in my bracelet and the other one is stuck and I can't take it out since the first day I put I in my bracelet. It's defective for sure but your representative keeps telling me that it was because I didn't have a clasp in the bracelet. I never had one and my other charms are perfectly fine. She couldn't take it off either so I can't put more charms in there or take the others out.

Was not able to find the items I wished to ours based and the lady who was helping me tried to sell me things that I was not interested and did not answer any of my questions correctly
