The store was out of boxes for the bracelets. I don’t have a jewelry box and don’t intend of purchasing one soon, so I have nothing to place my bracelet in when I’m not wearing it. I didn’t feel welcome in that store, most Pandora places welcome me on my way in and go out of their way to show me all they have to help me pick out what I want. These associates at the fair oaks mall left me standing there looking dumb as I was trying to figure out what I wanted.

There salesperson not know the jewelry. Also some of the jewelry I want was sold out.

I've been to two Pandora's in the last few days. The one at Jared's Jewlry was excellent; saleswoman was great. My reply to this survey is to the Pandora's in Fair Oaks Mall. The saleswomen would not leave me to boroughs the store as I said a few time that I would like to do. She was very pushy in her recommendation of more products and put a number of charms on my bracelet even after I told her that I wasn't interested in that piece. The store is nice, the products I like, it's just the sales approach. The manager was behind her a few times tell her to show me more pieces, so my salesperson wasn't just pushy but the store manager was pushy. I'll go back to Jarad's to shop.

I shop at Pandora a lot and own a credit card with you guys. I don’t know why I was not on the list to receive the 2018 ornament. The sales associate made it seemingly difficult when I am pretty sure I spent enough money to have been on the list.

Upon entering the store and meeting with a sales associate I specifically asked if there were any current sales or promotions going on. She indicated that there were none. I proceeded to purchase 5 charms that totaled over $300. The next day I received an email regarding the free limited edition bangle bracelet with your $125 purchase. Needless to say I was extremely upset! I truly think the sales person should have had knowledge and alerted me to this upcoming offer. I will definitely think twice before purchasing any additional charms at Pandora.

charms clip was very loose, was lost on first day wearing. was shocked and depressed? it is not a cheap charm, you need to improve qiality off your clips on your charm. I read a lot of review about that issue, but it was too late for me

The sales representatives were too much. I felt like I have been harassed. They asked me 5 times in 3 minutes whether I needed help.

Was somewhat satisfied However the flexible bracelet is very hard to put on without help.

The associate that helped me was rude the entire time she was helping me. She was annoyed and very short and crude with her sentences that I almost walked out.

I am not happy that i had to wait outside for social distancing. I am not happy that they were pushy for me to know what i want and not be able to browse. One associate asked to see my bracelet i was buying from another sales assoc and showed it to a customer and let her touch and see it before giving it back and putting in a box for me to buy. Wasn’t helpful about sizing at all. Had to buy display earrings.
