The associate was short and abrasive. She just wanted to complete the transaction and be done with me.

Customer service was terrible!!!

I got all of my bracelets and rings cleaned while shopping. I noticed a black mark on one of my bracelets and I walked right back in the girl kindly wiped the mark away. But when I got home my husband who is Russian noticed my little Russian doll is now ruined! I’m extremely upset because the charm is no longer made! I didn’t call yesterday because the damage is done ✅ my favorite charm is now ruined

I walked around and stood waiting for assistance for 5-10 minutes before I was asked or offered help. The entire time there was an associate just standing by the entrance, didn't approach me until a follow coworker (which was busy with someone else) got her attention to offer help.

Purchase two gold bracelets (shine & reflection) and I told the associate that I just like my bracelets to be simple and I already had a charm for them. She kept pushing to buy charms. She did not physically show me the bracelet I wanted but she showed me something similar that was I adjustable but I was not interested in.I said I wanted to try in the classic shine gold Pandora bracelet. When I was firm with what I wanted she finally let me try it on. Then I told her I wanted to buy a necklace with a charm, but she didn’t look like she wanted to help anymore. She kept saying “you can just pay for these two bracelets for now and come back next time”. So I left and just bought the two bracelets. I still paid over $400 for them and with that kind of attitude like she’s rushing me to get out out the store because I was not interested in buying any charms? Her attitude immediately changed from friendly to rude, and I was not happy.

I was told they were “too busy” to clean my bracelet. I felt very rushed, never made it in store for my daughter to pick out her birthday gift, which was jewelry from Pandora.

I was looking for rose gold merchandise. It wasn't kept in one location. I showed the sales associate pictures of rose gold charms that I wanted to purchase and she kept bringing the regular silver charms.

The store was not clean dint see no hand sanitizer I even share mine hand sanitizer with the stuff of the store

The sales associate was not helpful. She was not social and lacked knowledge of available products. When we bought our item, she packed it up very messily and the earrings fell out of the box when opened because they were just thrown in there.

Sales associates either rushed you along or made you feel unwelcomed in the store. When asked for particular items i was showed toward products o have already shared i wasnt looking for.
