Sales rep kept walking away and actually took the merchandise I was looking at buying to give to someone else. Took forever to get attention after they had already given me the tray and kept leaving while I was trying to pay for my items.

1- No catalog, therefore searching for charm was tedious and disorganized. 2 - Store was too hot. I was in considerable pain and had fever, was sweating. Nothing about this shopping experience was good. One sales associte (not the one I used) had body odor. 3 - By checkout, i was frustrated, tired and in more pain. I just wanted out of there. Butthe little electronic tablet I had to sign wouldnot work right. Then the clerk started snapping at me that I had to use my finger not my finger nail, when that did not work I had to press harder. Then she grabbed pad out of my haand and it did not work for her. Then she scribbled in middle and got an image. Si I scribbled my signature very hard in the middle. it was illegible. You are very lucky I did not punch the tablet giving you an image of my fist, I was that angry with your store and staff. I really do not like shopping at Pandora, period. But I think I dislike the Pandra at Dules Center a bit less than I dislike the Pandora at Fair Oaks Mall. eliminating your catalog was a fatal blow. I will not plan on coming back. Now you seem justa cheap schlock retail outfit.

During the Memorial Day Sale (Buy 2 Rings, Get 1 Free), I purchased 2 rings and got 1 for free. After receiving my package, I decided that I wanted to exchange the ring that I had gotten for free (Beaded Wish Ring for $35) because it was not the ring that I was expecting. I went to the store to exchange it for a Shimmering Wish Ring in Rose Gold ($55). Even though I had gotten the original ring for free, I still had to pay a $20 difference. I think this is highly unfair because I was supposed to get a ring for free, not have to pay $20 for it. The Shimmering Wish Ring should have been free since I had already bought 2 rings. I think this Pandora policy needs to be adjusted...I do not see myself, or my friends, shopping at this jewelry store again.

When I was helped and i had asked to place the charms on each end she basically just threw on the charms on my bracelet. I had ask to clean the bracelet as well which did not happen. After i paid she gave me a paperbag and walked away without even putting the charms where i wanted them. Or let alone ask if i needed help with anything else. Not going back to this location again

The store was nice but the employees were snobby and when i asked to see charms in the $25 to $35 range they on showed me 2 or 3 charms vut after i checked online there was more with that price range. Just disappointed with customer service

Of course the store was busy because of the sale they needed a sign in sheet and they did not have one so that meant they did not know who was next in line. To customers jumped in front of me and I had to speak up about it before I got help. The lady helping me only relaxed and gave me some respect after she realized I was actually purchasing.

I've purchased many things from Pandora, and I have a beautiful expensive necklace that rusted/turned completely black after putting it on 4 times. I went in the store to see if they con exchange it or return it for me. Tha manager was rude, and said no. She said that the necklace had a "rainbow" effect and that she had to "assume" that it had been in chlorine, which it hadnt. Who would take an expensive necklace into chlorine? Anyways, she wouldn't give the customer (me), the benefit of the doubt. I most likely will not be returning to that pandora store or purchasing anything from Pandora since they apparently rust after 4 wears.

Employee Ronica made rude comment reference my strong accent when referring to the Eiffel Tower charm. Because our daughter was going through a difficult time and I did not want her to become more upset. Instead, I ignored the rude comment and Ronica’s smirk. Additionally, at the end of the purchase I asked our daughter if she was going to wear her new bracelet now and again Ronica replied “it is her choice not yours’” This employee almost caused a loss of sale but our daughter’s difficult time needed some extra attention so I chose to proceed with my purchase.

They have so many boss ; every boss giving different information , I am not happy at all with the store manager her name NilufR Bakhshiyar ; she is definitely not friendly and too bossy , another boss told me I can exchange the charm same amount or pay more and still keep the item for free ; when I come back another day to bring item : I didn’t see the same boss ; I saw her I told her this situation ; she told me she can’t do it ; I told her another boss told me I could ; you can ask them ; she said she don’t care for to ask because she is the big boss :. I am totally disappointed the way I got treat by the store I didn’t feel welcome and uncomfortable to shop at the Pandora any more . This is my first time and my last .
