Brought a bracelet online and it was defective. Then I was told I could get a refund at corporate store but I was only allowed to exchange. Very confusing process.

The store was busier than normal but we waited over 30 mins for someone to even acknowledge us. Then we had to interrupt the other customers experience to ask for help.

The young sales associate was okay and kept asking this other woman questions. The other woman was rude and unprofessional. I asked is she a manager, no she is just helping out, but yet you keep asking her to authorize things. Interesting.

The sales associates name that helped us was named pinky. She was extremely rude and gave us attitude the whole time. My mom asked if there was a color gold of a ring we wanted to 45$ and she rudely said No! There’s no gold for 45$ and rolled her eyes. I can’t believe how rude she was to my mom and how badly the service was. I go to pandora all the time and this is the first time I experienced something like this. I don’t plan on coming back to this store in fair oaks again.

The problem was not with this store or purchased. I went to return two charms at the Tysons corner mall in VA. that I purchased less than 48 hours before of the time of returning. The lady at that location was really rude and had a discriminating Attituded. She Said the charms were not in the original condition which is not true because as I stated before I just bought them and never wear them. So with her reasoning the charms that were sold to me were not in an original condition. I checked the charms and they looked fine. I felt she just was being rude and unhelpful. The fact that I can't return something that I just bought and change my mind on it make me feel robbed. I wouldn't wish this experience to anyone and I'm definitely not coming back.

My boyfriend needed help with my bday gift. Jasmine, the store manager was extremely rude and unprofessional. We went to a different location for an exchange because of the horrible experience he had with the store managers service. But unfortunately we had to come back to this location to purchase two clips. Monica was amazing helping us. The clips we purchased were cheaper online and when Monica asked Jasmine, she treated us like we are lying. She barely talked to us and asked Monica to charge us whatever the store price was and left the store to go to the back room.

I bought a ring at Fair Oaks Mall on Sat, Mar 11, 2023. The employee who helped me was Jasmin. Her attitude was unacceptable. I paid for my shopping but she acted like I was asking for that for free. She did not friendly or nice at all. I felt extremely disappointed about that. I love Pandora and I chose Pandora; however, a service like this makes me need to reconsider my choice.

I went in with my brother as he was buying a ring for me for Christmas so he wanted my help to pick one out. When we got to the store we were ignored by every single employee and when we did get assistance they were so rude and dismissive. I’m very disappointed and it made me not even want to buy a ring.

I did a pick up and when I got back to the office, I was given the wrong product! I have to use my lunch hour to go back and get the correct thing now. I live a hour and 30 min away. I just work here.

This is about the 7th or more times I’ve had to go to This store to return a broken charm. The associate seems bothered but said I JUST returned one just like this that was broken. Thought I was the same person from earlier that day….I asked that corporate be contacted about the poor quality of this charm. They all said corporate won’t do anything! Even the manager said that corporate won’t do anything about the product. Not friendly but limited customers were in the store.
